We're growing, and we're looking for a motivated internal Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team, working closely with our external Sales Executives to manage inbound enquiries, generate new sales opportunities and support customers from first contact through to order.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and growing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
• Responding promptly to inbound sales enquiries by phone, email and web
• Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to generate new sales
• Preparing accurate quotes and following up to secure orders
• Cross-selling and up-selling across our laundry, warewashing and chemical range
• Supporting external Sales Executives with customer opportunities and quotations
• Keeping customer records and sales activity up to date in Microsoft Dynamics 365

What you'll bring

• Experience in internal sales, telesales, customer sales or business development
• A genuine interest in sales and building customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Confidence preparing quotes and following opportunities through to close
• Comfort with CRM systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus

Experience selling commercial equipment, industrial products or technical solutions is a bonus, but not essential - we'll train the product knowledge.

You will:

• Drive growth as an Internal Sales Specialist within a great team!
• Manage accounts and support Sales Executives to build business opportunities
• Work with our shared internal sales desk to help process orders for our sister companies JayChem and Symbio as well as Richard Jay sales

We are looking for an energetic Internal Sales Specialist who is hungry for a sale. You will be accountable for developing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales revenue and contributing to the growth of our organisations by skilfully closing lower value, fast moving sales, focussing on LG or small chassis commercial laundry equipment.

Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound sales activities, generating sales leads, managing sales opportunities, and closing orders.  You will collaborate closely with our clients, territory sales executives, operations, and customer service teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Ideally you will be highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
• Handle inbound sales enquiries - phone, website
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI's and business targets
• Prepare and follow up quotes
• Work alongside Sales Executives
• Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Identify and qualify sales leads through effective prospecting techniques

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our Queensland team, managing and growing a territory of commercial and industrial accounts.

We've found that people who succeed fastest in this role often come from technical, capital-equipment sales backgrounds - print and imaging equipment is a strong example. About the role

This is a consultative sales role where you'll develop new business while managing and growing an established customer base across Queensland. You'll become trusted advisor to customers, helping them improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance through better laundry equipment and solutions.

Your responsibilities will include

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Managing an established customer portfolio
• Conducting customer meetings and site visits
• Preparing quotations, proposals and equipment recommendations
• Managing sales opportunities from enquiry through to installation
• Working closely with our Project, Service and Technical teams
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

About you

You're a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting people, solving problems and winning business. You'll ideally have:

• Proven success selling technical or capital equipment in a B2B environment - backgrounds in printing and imaging equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, packaging machinery, industrial cleaning equipment or office/copier technology are especially well suited
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing your own sales territory
• A proactive, organised and results-driven approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A current Australian driver's licence

Industry experience in commercial laundry equipment is not essential. If you've been successful selling technical or capital equipment solutions to businesses, we'll provide the product training and support to help you succeed.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and mechanically minded Service Technician to join our South Australian team. Working across both our commercial laundry equipment and chemical dispensing businesses, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining and servicing industry-leading equipment while helping deliver the exceptional customer service Richard Jay is known for.

About the Role:
Reporting to the National Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and commissioning commercial and industrial laundry equipment
• Installing, servicing and maintaining commercial chemical dispensing systems
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Commissioning equipment and providing customer training
• Responding to service breakdowns across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia
• Completing service documentation electronically
• Managing company vehicle, tools and spare parts inventory
• Delivering outstanding customer service and technical support
• Working safely and complying with all company and WHS procedures

This position involves travel throughout metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, with occasional interstate travel for training and project work.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability
• Experience servicing, installing or maintaining commercial or industrial equipment
• A trade background in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Appliance Repair or a related field (highly regarded)
• Electrical Licence (desirable) or Restricted Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence
• Experience with chemical dispensing systems (advantageous but not essential)
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• White Card and the ability to obtain a National Police Check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Basic computer and tablet skills
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Experience within the commercial laundry industry is highly regarded, however full product training will be provided to the right candidate.
