About the Company:

Our Australian-owned family business has grown from a single laundromat into an internationally award-winning company with exclusive distribution arrangements with the world’s premium Commercial/Industrial brands including Electrolux Professional, LG and Brightwell.

  

This full-time position will be joining our existing team which comes from various trade related backgrounds to provide appliance installation and laundry solutions to our customers Australia wide.

 

About the Role:

A dynamic full-time role working in the Commercial & Industrial Laundry sector where the successful candidate will be focused on a mix of customer service, parts inventory, picking and packing as well as assisting in industrial and commercial laundry machinery parts sales around Australia. Learning on the go!

 

You will need to be reliable, have attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on time management, demonstrated planning and organising skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, with excel being essential competent. Ability to work either in a team or on your own.

 

Must haves:

  • COVID Vaccinations
  • Drivers’ License

Nice to have:

  • Forklift Licence

Job Requirements:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
  • Professional Phone Manner
  • Knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel experience a must
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Assertive attitude with a willingness to seek out and ask questions
  • Well developed capabilities in error and problem analysis
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Working autonomously under limited supervision.
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Be reliable, punctual
  • Motivated and ability to self-manage 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls on behalf of Spare Parts department
  • Responsible for providing superior customer service, building and developing relationships between staff, customers and clients
  • Quoting parts to customers
  • Receive/dispatch parts
  • Control and manage the issue and return of parts
  • Record deliveries and process goods received
  • Maintain a clean and organised stores area and spare parts area
  • Ensure a presentable car park area
  • Assisting with yearly stock takes
  • General administrative and ad hoc duties as required
